Here's How It Works

1. Choose Your Keepsake

Browse our collection of rings, necklaces, and bracelets. Select your preferred metal finish and shape, any extras, and offer any special requests for your design and then place your order.

2. We’ll Send a Collection Kit

After your purchase, we'll mail you a shipping kit with clear instructions to send us your inclusions (petals, ashes, fabric, etc.). You should receive it within a few business days of ordering.

3. We Begin Creating

Once we receive your materials, we carefully begin crafting your piece. Jewelry findings are ordered custom for your selection, and creation takes 8–10 weeks.

4. Packaged with Heart

Every piece is packaged in a keepsake box with a note—ready to hold, wear, and cherish. Any unused inclusions will also be returned.
